The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards  will feature yet another epic battle: Lady Gaga leading the nominations, with 13, followed close behind by Eminem, who has eight nods. And on September 12 at 9:00 p.m ET, the pop diva and the Detroit MC will go head to head for the coveted Video of the Year Moonman.

Snoop Dogg has a strong presence on the digital sales market, with Snoop-branded virtual gifts, pets and clothing being sold through online worlds like Gaia Online, WeeWorld and Zwinky. But apparently, his sales initiative has earned him a pretty penny. According to a new case study, the emcee has sold more than $200,000 of branded virtual goods across these networks, with his sales on social gaming site WeeWorld totaling more than 2.5 times that of non-branded goods.

Forbes released their annual Best-Paid Celebrities Under 30 list this week with Lady Gaga's meat purse holding an estimated $90 million in cash money. Beyonce, Rihanna and Lil Wayne made the list as well raking in a combined total of $79 million.

Even as one of the biggest pop stars in the world that grosses millions of dollars, performs in arenas in front of thousands of fans, heads campaigns that get meetings with President Obama and opening a store in Barney’s New York, it is being reported that Lady Gaga still lives at home with her parents.  The singer’s Thanksgiving special, ‘A Very Gaga Thanksgiving’ premieres Thursday, and Gaga gives viewers an intimate look into her family and home life which includes her sleeping in the same Upper West Side room as she did when she was a child.
